Every Mettle & Kiss order is made by hand from your own photos, so it is one of a kind. This policy explains how shipping works and what happens if something goes wrong.
Production time
Most orders are handmade within 1 to 2 business days before they ship. If we have a question about one of your photos, we will email you before we print, and your order will start once we hear back.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
- Orders ship with USPS or another carrier through Shippo, and you will receive tracking information by email.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days after your order ships, depending on where you are. Carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or there is a problem with the way your magnets were made, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will reprint the affected magnets or refund them, whichever you prefer.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package as lost, or it has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier and make it right.
Returns
Because each set is personalized with your photos, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for cropping and photo quality that match the photos you uploaded.
Cancellations and changes
Need to change or cancel an order? Email [email protected] as soon as possible. We can cancel or update your order for a full refund if we have not started printing it. Once printing has started, we are not able to cancel.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
